JOIN THE VEG NEW ER DOCTOR PROGRAM
Our New ER Doctor Program is designed to transform practicing veterinarians of different backgrounds into exceptional, highly-adept VEG ER doctors. This six-month deep dive into emergency brings meaning, fuels passion, and creates ER heroes. Doctors in the program engage in an immersive training experience: they work alongside medical directors, attend weekly rounds, and become proficient in a full suite of emergency surgeries. Through exposure to various cases—including exotics—doctors discover the unique rewards of customer-focused ER. They rediscover the hero within so they can become the kind of doctors they’ve yearned to be. New ER doctors receive advanced CE and valuable mentorship and emerge from the program feeling valued and confident. They’re excited about the future and rewarded with an attainable path to a lifelong career in emergency medicine at VEG.

We’re the only company offering education beyond a foundational post-grad course. Our ER Cert program is tailored for experienced ER doctors. This 6-month course levels up skills, building competency and the confidence to handle the most complex cases that come through our doors.

Earn the only official veterinary CPR certification recognized by the ACVECC: RECOVER training. Work alongside team members to learn the evidence-based system of approach through communication, organization, and trust.

Build the confidence to handle any patient with our Exotics Training course. You’ll not only be trained in exotics but will have on-staff exotics experts available in person or virtually for real-time support to guide your work on the ER floor.
