this place is amazing! truly the best veterinary visit we've ever had. veg has far exceeded our expectations. all veterinary urgent care/er facilities should be set up this way!! we loved the rainbow welcome board, pronoun pins, candy, etc at the welcome desk. we were taken back for care so quickly that we just got a glance but it looked like they had drinks as well. the facility is immaculate(!) and set up very differently than traditional emergency rooms. it's an open layout with the doctors stationed at a table in the center of the room. exam tables are on both sides of them and you are able to stay with your pet the entire time. our pup met so many new friends during our visit - just about everyone in the er came up and greeted him at some point, whether they were treating him or not. we also visited with some other patients and their parents. this is truly a special place!

VEG was excellent in treating my dog. The doctors and technicians were very knowledgeable, explained things so I could understand, answered any questions, communication was excellent and they would check in every day to see how she was doing. Highly recommend them.

This is a long review but I just wanted to speak about how wonderful this place is and the experience I just had. It is far and away the best emergency vet I’ve ever been to. Not only do they get you in immediately, but you are able to stay with your fur babies the whole time and the vets/nurses are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. You can tell they are animal people through and through. We had a pretty anxiety provoking and exhausting couple of nights there, but the staff made it the best possible experience. They even had a bed for me to sleep in at night when I wanted to stay over with him so I was able to get some rest! I was able to go home to shower and then come right back whenever I needed or wanted to. I felt supported, understood, kept in the loop and like they wanted to help my boy just as much as I did. I have never felt like vets listened to my concerns the way they did. They truly understand that you know your pet better than anyone else, and take what you say seriously. I am also a very anxious pet owner and find that some vets are annoyed by that and don’t want to answer questions or listen to concerns. Never once did I feel like that here. They were always happy to answer any and all questions I had and if I brought up any concerns it was taken seriously. I wanted to shout out Dr. Alex Kim who took care of my baby for two nights. If he could be his primary vet I’d have that in a second! He took the best care of my boy and was so kind and understanding to me. I also wanted to shout out Hannah and Kim, two of his wonderful nurses, for treating him like he was their own, helping me stay relaxed and providing humor when I needed it most! If you have an emergency, go here! You’ll be so thankful you did, as I am! It is expensive, as all emergency vets are, but it was worth every penny for the care he and I received. They also make sure to go through the bill with you in detail before you’re expected to make the deposit so you understand exactly how much everything will be and they update you on the costs if things need to be added or changed. There is never any kind of surprise in terms of the price. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Pictures of the tour he took around the office with Kim when he wanted to explore ❤️
