We’re incredibly grateful to have VEG Buffalo Grove emergency vet so close by—especially with our little Mochi who has already managed to visit the ER twice this month! First for an eye injury, and now after gobbling up a giant chocolate cookie. From the moment I called & spoke with MJ, we felt reassured. The staff remembered us from our previous visit and even had me speak directly with the doctor. When we arrived, Dr. Tingting Xia came over right away, and the nursing staff jumped into action to care for her. Watching them handle everything so calmly and with compassion really helped put our minds at ease as well as the open concept, transparency & communication during the process. It's clear they care deeply about the animals they treat—and about the worried humans who bring them in. We’re so thankful for their quick action, professionalism, and kindness. It’s such a comfort knowing they’re close by when we need them. Amazing staff, excellent care— Thank you so much! 🫶🏻

10/10 recommend!! Eeryone was so nice and comforting during such a stressful situation with my Stella. I was able to stay her her during the entire visit until I had to go home and she was being monitored overnight. Loved that I got updates and even pictures of my photogenic corgi! She was such a champ and so thankful they got her all better 😊😊 Forever grateful and appreciative of her team!!

Thanks to Joey for her assistance during the procedure and great instructions upon discharge, best of luck to you. Scott, thanks for smooth anesthesia and giving me guidance on the phone. Finally, I didn't catch their name but they checked me in and even reassembled the cage for me when Dusk was being shy, that was a really pleasant interaction to start the visit. Overall you can tell the staff works well together and truly cares for the animals! If the moment ever comes up I know I'll be coming here for help.
