If I could give a million stars, I would. The empathy, love, and compassion this team shows toward both pets and their owners is truly beyond words. When I first brought in my Hardy, the news wasn’t good but the staff took the time to explain everything clearly. They helped me understand his medication, my options, and made sure I didn’t feel alone in the process. Even with payments, they were kind and flexible. Unfortunately my Hardy passed, I was devastated and I didn’t know what to do. After calling around, I came back here and I’m so thankful I did. When I called, they were already preparing for our arrival. Vincent and Elizabeth welcomed us with warmth and comfort. I broke down, and they stayed right by my side. They gave us a private room and as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Elizabeth stayed, listened to our stories, and handled the cremation. This team made one of the hardest days of my life a little more bearable. I’ll always be grateful for their care and kindness. So, if your furry loved one is in need, bring them here.

We had a great experience at this emergency clinic. The staff genuinely care about the animals and are so thoughtful and compassionate with pet parents during a stressful time. They were very transparent about the whole process, explained everything clearly, and even let us stay with our pet through much of it, which made a huge difference. Even though we were concerned about the cost, they worked with us to make sure our pet got the care needed. We are so grateful we found this place. Special thanks to Nurse Jacky, Dr. Rachel, and nurse Mathew for their amazing care and support. Highly recommend!

I just had to share my experience with this kind, caring, compassionate team of very special people! I came here for the worst possible reason. I had to put my beautiful 15 1/2 year old Bella down. They were so incredibly amazing, thank you Amelia, Sheena, Ariana, Dahiena and Dr. Eve Pugh! You all were so wonderful! Making the most upsetting, difficult time more peaceful than I could have ever imagined!!! Dr Eve Pugh, you are a true angel here on earth, you have know idea how you made me feel.
