The ladies working around 7-8pm on 5/27/25 truly are angels in human form. I called in before heading over and spoke with the kindest soul who told me they could help me with the situation I was dealing with. She was so understanding and warm - and I was given the same treatment when I arrived. These folks are absolutely compassionate, understanding, and kind people and I have so much gratitude for their kindness and warm hearts. Thank you so very much. While I hope to not need their services again any time soon - this will be my go-to provider for emergency care for my pets.

The most polite set of ladies. They treated my young son with such respect. He brought his hamster in to be euthanized. she was very sick from the pet store. They treated us with such kindness and gave my son a quiet place to sit with his hamster and let her pass. They even made him some paw prints of her. I can’t thank these ladies enough for how great they was with his hamster. 🐹 No matter how big or small this place treats all animals with care and compassion. We will always use them if we need anything else.

Brought my rabbit Sprout in after going into day 2 of him being reclusive, lethargic, and refusing to eat more than some of a banana. As, he is typically a menace to the house hold. First of all, I believe the receptionist's name was Maddie. And, that woman deserves a trophy. When I called to see if they take rabbits, I was crying because I was so frustrated nowhere in Chattanooga would see rabbits (the places that do see them are all closed on Sunday), and even my own Specialty Clinic I work at was very hesitant to see him as only a last resort. Which, I understand. I'm not going to pretend to know anything about exotics, and they don't want to either. But, from the moment we got there-- Maddie was all over the place, doing absolutely everything possible. From getting people in the door and getting their case started, to helping the Tech's get things done. And so on. She was incredibly impressive, and I hope she gets the sort of appreciation she deserves. Because a teammate like that in invaluable. There were probably 6 technicians that helped with Sprout by the end of things. Each one of them was very nice, and handled him very carefully. And, the three that were learning about rabbits were very humble and receptive, which is also invaluable to a team. The Doctor was also very nice and direct. Also very transparent about getting a 2nd opinion on a plan for Sprout with a colleague that is specialized in their care. She was also all over the place just like everyone, as is the mode of operation for an Emergency Room. Very thankful there was somewhere to get him seen and cared for before he could go down hill. Since rabbits like to do so very quickly. A picture of the throuple. As, his wife and husbun would be devastated without him.
