THE JOB

As a Training and Development Manager, you will design and deliver in‑person and virtual workshops while developing high‑quality Storyline and Rise Articulate courses for our Learning Management System. Partnering with leaders across departments, you will evaluate training needs, propose effective solutions, and ensure a consistently strong learner experience for our frontline VEGgies. Success in this role requires expertise in adult learning, a disciplined approach to digital content and video production, and a commitment to staying current with learning‑technology trends. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop engaging digital learning assets – video, interactive modules, and micro-learning– for both operational and medical subject matter
- Collaborate with VQ departments to conduct needs analyses and translate requirements into target training solutions
- Create and deliver creative in person/remote training experiences that push beyond the traditional boundaries of learning within a work environment
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while keeping tight communication with stakeholders
- Continue to grow and refine your practices, adopting emerging tools and methodologies to keep VEG’s learning solutions at the forefront of the industry
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 3+ years of experience in training talent internally with a strong set of organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Cornerstone, or other enterprise LMS, to curate and deliver learning pathways and curriculums
- Experience organizing and running events with 50+ participants in person, online, and hybrid (preferred)
- BA or MA Degree (preferred) in one of the following fields Human Resources, Business Administration, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Communications
- A strong connection to VEG’s mission and values. This includes being together in person for at least 4 days during the week.
- A willingness to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to plan a path and get the job done
- An eagerness to challenge the status quo and question practices in order to push boundaries
- An unwavering focus on creating quality training experiences for VEGgies
- A passion for helping others grow and making work meaningful
